Training is conducted both at the DataNet office in Southfield, MI and at customer sites. It significantly helps to:

• Reduce ramp-up time and ensure program buy-in.
• Optimize your investment by providing administrators and users with the essential skills required to master DataNet's products.
• Increase users' ability to adjust to changing requirements.

Free administrator training at DataNet's training facility is included in some of DataNet's packages. Additional training and advanced training courses are offered for a reasonable investment. Administrator and advanced classes include hands-on exercises to apply and test newly learned skills.

WinSPC Administrator Training

Length: 4 days

• Become adept using WinSPC through hands-on lab training
• Collect and report data in a variety of formats
• Administer a WinSPC implementation
• Output analyses and graphs to hard copy or files

SPC Fundamentals

Length: 1 day

• Understand SPC fundamentals
• Create an Xbar-R control chart
• Learn how to detect when a process is “out of control”
• Learn to interpret control charts, histograms, Pareto charts
• Calculate and interpret Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk values
• Understand how to choose the right SPC chart for a data set

WinSPC OLE Automation

Length: 1 Day

• Program using WinSPC OLE properties and methods (WinSPC's API)
• Understand the WinSPC database schema
• Create parts, variables, attributes, tags, and collect data programmatically through WinSPC's OLE properties and methods

QualTrend and Custom Web Reporter Basic Training

Length: 3 days

• Become adept at using QualTrend/CWR through hands-on lab training
• Publish data in a variety of formats
• Manipulate, correct, and view data
• Output analyses and graphs to hard copy, files, or to the web
• Customize QualTrend/CWR
