When and How to Reset a Collection Plan

If an administrator attempts to edit the properties of a collection plan that is in use at one or more other stations or edit the properties of a collection plan that was improperly exited by another station, he or she may be presented with the following message: The collection plan is collecting data at X other stations. To remedy this and make the collection plan available for editing, the administrator can reset the collection plan. The below procedure details how to do this.
  1. Click the message's OK button.




  2. Right-click the collection plan you were attempting to edit.


  3. In the shortcut menu that appears, click Reset.



  4. Click OK in the Resetting collection plan <Collection Plan Name> completed  message.



    You will now be able to edit the collection plan.
