Use Your Keypad's Asterisk Key (*) to Expand Folders in the Administrator Window

1. Select any folder in the Administrator window's Tree pane (i.e. the left pane). You can do this using either your mouse or your keyboard.




The folder you select can be a root folder such as the Collection Plans branch...



...or a folder within a root folder.

 


2. Press your keypad's asterisk key. This fully expands the folder and all subfolders within it. (Note: The keypad's asterisk key is the one that must be pressed. Pressing SHIFT+8 will not expand the folder. The keypad on a standard keypoard is the additional block of numbers on the right side. If your keyboard doesn't have a keypad, as in the case of most laptops, you will not be able to use this method to expand a folder.)
