Get Help on WinSPC the Moment You Need It

Although DataNet's Technical Support personnel are always willing to speak with you, the fastest way to get a question concerning the use of WinSPC answered is, in most cases, to use the WinSPC Help system.

There are 3 ways to access the WinSPC Help system:

  • Click the Help button.

    This button is found on nearly every dialog box in WinSPC. Clicking it displays information that is specific to the dialog box.


  • Press F1.


  • From the Help menu, select Contents.

WinSPC's Help system is written to be intuitive and to get users' questions answered quickly. It is organized around the main functions of WinSPC (e.g. collecting data, analyzing data, reporting data, etc.). Where appropriate, it includes screen images, definitions and links to related procedures. In addition, it contains a section titled Understanding More About WinSPC. This section elaborates on ideas and components introduced, but not fully discussed, in the main procedures.
