Reset a user's password in two simple steps...
"How do I change a user's password in WinSPC?"
NOTE: If you need to reset the Admin user's password, contact DataNet Quality Systems help desk.
To change the password for any other user:
1. Log into WinSPC as an administrator.
2. In the administrator screen, from the Tree (left pane), select a user, right-click, and select Properties.

3. In the User Setup dialog box that appears, click the Change Password tab. At New Password, enter a
password for the user. At Confirm New Password, reenter the password. The new password must
follow the format for the content, if any, that is contained in the Password Mask field. This field may
contain upper and lowercase letters as well as numbers. If desired, you may also check a check box
that requires the user to change the password upon next login or disable the user's ability to log in.
