WinSPC installation and configuration packages include: Pre-assessment Our SPC application and Six Sigma specialists will spend three days on site to define the scope of your project, analyze current systems and develop a project plan for implementation. Basic WinSPC implementation Our basic implementation package includes four days of on-site service to install and configure WinSPC and train your staff.
