The WinSPC Data Collection screen allows operators to monitor quality using nearly any combination of charts and characteristics.

WinSPC is designed to support a variety of manufacturing roles within your company, providing each role with real-time feedback that empowers them to quickly identify, analyze and correct process variations before defects, scrap or waste occurs.

• Our intuitive operator interface makes it simple for non-technical people to monitor process variations and log quality data. Most operators can be trained in 30 seconds. Or, you can customize WinSPC's interface to mimic a current system.

WinSPC gives managers a fast, simple way to trigger an action for an out-of-control process.

Configure WinSPC to send enterprise-wide notifications, sound alarms or initiate some other action if a process goes out-of-control, for instance:

• Display corrective actions or launch electronic instructions on the screen so that operators can take immediate action to get your process on track
• Send violation data to an event log or prompt operators to enter information such as corrective actions, notes and assignable causes
• Send an email, page or alarm to operators, managers or engineers
• Initiate a machine or line shutdown to prevent defective products from being produced until the necessary corrective action is complete

Some built-in triggers include (but aren’t limited to): Prompt for Notes (shown), email notification, serial output to shut down a machine, display visual alarm or message box, OPC response, or launch a custom .exe.
