When an email trigger fires, can I have the email include hyperlinks to violation information?

1. Set up the email trigger as if there were no hyperlink to be included.
2. If the hyperlink you want to include is to a website, in the Trigger Setup dialog box's Message text area, include the website address as regular text and click OK.




Provided email recipients have an HTML-capable email client, the website address will appear as a hyperlink.

3. If the hyperlink you want to include is to a file on your network, preface it with file:///// (i.e. the word "file" followed by a colon followed by five forward slashes) and replace all spaces in the network path with %20 (i.e. the percent symbol followed by the number twenty) and click OK.
   
   
   
   Again, provided email recipients have HTML-capable email clients, the network path will be displayed as a hyperlink.
